This large and once derelict site has been rejuvenated with the construction of 13 semi-detached units.  The layout and configuration of the development maximises usable living space for its occupants and includes a playground and communal outdoor area.

 

Although modern in style,  a number of design features typical to Christchurch have been incorporated and the units have been built to a high standard.  The project was completed in November 2015.
